for me it was either 1) buying a rather…infamous game at a deep discount because my local gamestop was closing and i wanted something to mindlessly noodle around in while i listened to podcasts but oopsie i fell in love with a story mode npc or 2) subbing to a patreon for a d&d podcast i don’t listen to and still to this day have no intention of listening to anytime soon because i thought one of the guys in a side campaign was hot and i wanted to find out what his deal was. i now ship with all three pcs in that side campaign,
